My objectives were to learn how to communicate better with clients, staff and family. My challenges were around hiring the right people to suit the company culture and the job function (sales) as well as frustrations when dealing with certain personality types.
The Personality Diversity Indicator enabled the team to know each other’s E-Colors and this has allowed me to manage the team better and by setting mutual expectations with my colleagues, so that there is less misunderstanding and greater commitment towards our team culture and business goals.
